Lost 50 lbs, now T levels went from 280 to 520, how long until I see gains?
I dropped 50 lbs while getting my deadlift up to 600 and bench to 400. My testosterone levels went from 280 to 520 after the cut, but I'm wondering how long it typically takes to start seeing strength gains with the increased T. Anyone have experience with this timeline? Do I need to adjust my nutrition or just keep grinding? I'm in a slight surplus now.
