How do I hit 200g protein with a 30 min lunch break?
I'm a teacher with only 30 minutes for lunch, and I need to hit 200g of protein daily. I usually hit the gym for powerlifting, and I can squat 500 lbs and bench 350 lbs, but I struggle with my protein intake during the day. Any tips on quick meals or strategies to make this happen? What do you guys do?
