Is melatonin really safe for long-term use? What do we not know?
So I've been reading about melatonin, and I keep seeing mixed info on whether it's safe to use long-term. Some studies say it's effective for sleep, but there's not a ton of data on long-term impacts. Like, does it mess with hormone levels or anything? What do we really know about the long-term safety of this stuff? Anyone got solid evidence or insights?
