MCT oil for fat loss? Does it actually do anything?
So I've been hearing a lot of buzz about MCT oil being this miracle fat loss tool. I mean, is pouring it in my coffee really gonna help me shred down or is it just another overpriced hype? Some studies suggest it might increase fat oxidation, but the effect sizes seem pretty tiny. I'm honestly confused, anyone got the scoop on this? Is there any solid evidence backing this up, or am I just wasting my money like that time I bought BCAAs?
