Yo, I'm a 27M PA in sports medicine and I've been lifting for about 4 years. I've got some gnarly tendinopathy that's really messing with my gains. I know RICE and some basic rehab stuff, but what do you all suggest for treatment while still trying to hit my bro-split? Any specific protocols or exercises that won't wreck my progress?
