Is there a link between fasted training and stress fractures?
I've been running consistently for years and started experimenting with fasted training. I've read mixed opinions about whether training on an empty stomach can lead to injuries like stress fractures. A few friends swear by it, but I can't help but wonder if there's a downside to this approach. What are the real implications? Have any of you experienced issues or noticed performance changes when running fasted? I'm trying to figure out if the potential risks are worth the supposed benefits.
