Is creatine a good option for someone just starting out?

I've been lifting for about 6 years, but I've only recently started cutting for summer. I've heard a lot about creatine and its benefits for strength and recovery, but is it really worth it for a complete newbie? I know it can help with performance, but I want to make sure I'm not jumping into supplements too early in my journey. Should I focus on my diet and training first, or is adding creatine a good move at this stage?

Creatine can be useful, but I'd still prioritize bodyweight exercises first. Those will build a strong foundation. Once you've mastered those, add in creatine if you feel ready for it.

Facts! I've been lifting for six years and creatine is a staple in my routine. It helps with strength, but make sure your diet is on point. If you're cutting, that's crucial.

Creatine can be beneficial for beginners, especially in terms of strength and recovery. If you're focusing on performance while cutting, it might help you maintain muscle mass. Just remember that solid training and nutrition should still be your priority.

This! Creatine is a solid option, especially if you want to get the most out of your workouts. I started using it about a year in, and it definitely helped with my lifts. Just make sure to drink enough water.

Ngl, I was super hesitant to use any supplements when I started. But my lifting buddy convinced me to try creatine, and I feel like it really leveled up my strength gains. You should give it a shot!

I've seen some beginners over-rely on supplements, thinking they can skip proper training and nutrition. Creatine works well, but don't let it replace hard work! If you're cutting, focus on your macros first.

Yeah, creatine can really give you that extra push! I was skeptical at first but I saw better gains once I started incorporating it. Just keep focusing on those protein pancakes too, they really help!

One time I forgot to drink water while on creatine, and I thought I was gonna pass out mid-set. Make sure you stay hydrated, especially if you're cutting! Also, mixing it with a pre-workout can give you a nice boost.
