Is creatine HCL just a marketing ploy? Who's actually using that?
Ngl, i'm lowkey skeptical about creatine HCL. Like, creatine mono has been the OG for ages and everyone knows it works! Do we really need the fancy version? I mean, some say it's easier on the gut, but is it just hype? I'm all for trying new stuff, but I need some solid evidence, not just a slick ad. Anyone here switched from mono to HCL and seen a difference? Or are we just paying for the packaging?
P.S. Milk and gains are still the real power couple.
