Mono vs HCL creatine: which one is worth my broke college budget?
So like, I'm tryna level up my gym game on a budget, right? I've heard people swear by both creatine mono and HCL, but I can't tell if it's just hype or if one's actually better for my gains. Mono is the OG, but HCL sounds fancy and way easier on the stomach. I'm just a broke student, so is it worth spending extra on HCL?
