Mono vs HCL creatine: which one is worth my broke college budget?

TL;DR: Debating between creatine mono and HCL for budget gains, which one's worth it?

So like, I'm tryna level up my gym game on a budget, right? I've heard people swear by both creatine mono and HCL, but I can't tell if it's just hype or if one's actually better for my gains. Mono is the OG, but HCL sounds fancy and way easier on the stomach. I'm just a broke student, so is it worth spending extra on HCL? Or should I stick to the classic mono and save my coin for more ramen? I mean, I want the gains without selling my kidney. Any insights would be lit!

Creatine mono is tried and true! It's been around forever and is super effective. HCL is cool and all, but if you're on a budget, stick with mono and watch those gains pile up. Just keep pushing yourself, you're doing great!

I hear you on the budget struggle. I used mono throughout college, and honestly, it worked just fine. HCL might sound fancy, but I don't think it's worth the extra cash for most of us. Just stick with mono and focus on lifting!

Creatine is a fantastic supplement for energy and performance, but listen to your body. If you find mono doesn't sit well with you, maybe give HCL a shot. It's okay to experiment a little, just find what works for you.

I've been lifting heavy for a while now, and I stick with mono. HCL might be easier on the stomach, but I never had issues with mono, even while eating like a broke college kid. Just get your form right, and you'll be good.

i travel a lot and always bring mono with me. It's cheap and effective, plus I can find it anywhere. HCL sounds good, but I haven't felt the need for it, and my gains are still solid.

You can't go wrong with creatine mono! It's effective and affordable. I've seen great progress with it, and I always feel pumped in my workouts. Just keep pushing through those tough days!

Why spend extra on HCL when you can use that cash for more ramen? 馃槀 Mono is the classic for a reason! Stick with it, and you won't regret it, trust me

Creatine mono is more effective for most people. I've been lifting for a couple years and tried both, but mono gave me better results. Plus, it's way cheaper. Just make sure u stay hydrated and monitor how you feel.

As a fellow broke college student, i'd say go with mono. My budget is basically ramen and protein powder, but it does the trick. HCL sounds nice, but why spend more when you can just drink enough water with mono?

Facts! Mono is solid, and you can always make it a part of your routine without breaking the bank. Just don't forget to enjoy your coffee while you're at it!

From a health perspective, both types of creatine have their benefits. Mono is widely studied and supported by research, while HCL is a newer player. If your gut can handle mono, it's probably the best bang for your buck in terms of performance enhancement.
