Collagen and vitamin C timing, what's the move?
So I'm trying to get those gains in my skin and joints, but do I need to be timing my collagen and vitamin C like it's a damn workout? I've seen some dudes say you gotta take them together for the best results, while others act like it's just another bro science myth. Ngl, I'm confused af over here. Anyone got the deets on whether I should be chugging them pre-workout or post-sesh? Or does it even matter? Asking for my joints!
Also, what's your favorite collagen brand? I wanna make sure I'm not just buying overpriced sugar water.
