Glycine before bed, sleep gains or sleep pains?
Been trying out 3g of glycine before bed to see if I can make my sleep more anabolic than a pizza party with extra cheese. Last night was decent, but I feel like I'm stuck in the cardio section of a gym, just not getting the gains I wanted. Anyone else used glycine for sleep? Did you see a real difference, or was it just a placebo effect? Gimme your thoughts!
