What supplements have you wasted cash on? Spill the tea!

Ngl, I've thrown some serious coin at some total duds over the years. Like, who even thought ZMA would be the miracle supplement? i barely noticed a difference. And that beta-alanine hype? All it did was make me feel like my skin was crawling. What about you guys? Any bad investments in the supplement game?

Honestly, I tried a bunch of different protein powders, but a lot of them just upset my stomach. I ended up sticking with fairlife because it's easy on the gut and actually tastes good. Don't waste your money on those mystery blends.

Facts! Creatine is king. Tried some other hype supps, but they never compared. Just give me my creatine mono and I'm good to go. It's the real MVP.

Ugh, I feel you. I once bought this supplement that promised to enhance recovery, but I ended up more sore than ever. Like, did I just pay to feel worse? It's always a gamble with these things.

Beta-alanine is like that annoying friend who just doesn't know when to chill. Every time I take it, I'm just sitting there itching like crazy. I'd rather take a pre-workout that actually gives me energy.

I guess it's like buying gym memberships. You think it'll get you ripped, but really, you gotta put in the effort! I bought some fancy amino acids that ended up being nothing but colorful water

Oh dear, I can't believe some of these supps! Back in my day, we just focused on good food and lifting heavy. I tried that expensive joint support and still ended up with aches. Better off with grandma's chicken soup!

Bro, ZMA was such a waste! Tried it once and felt nothing. Just give me my creatine and call it a day.

I hear you on beta-alanine. I took it before my squats once and all I felt was that itching. Made my 1RM feel like a 10RM.

ZMA did nothing for me either. I thought it was supposed to help with sleep, but I still woke up tired. If you want better sleep, focus on your sleep hygiene first. Supplements shouldn't be the first step.

Honestly, you should just stick to the classics like creatine and protein. I hit a PR last week thanks to my creatine stack, not some random supplement. Simple works, people!

Sometimes I wonder if we just overthink it. I see ads for fancy supplements everywhere, but my go-to is just chicken and rice. Keeps it simple and works every time.

I feel like so many people overlook plant-based proteins. They used to be gross, but now they're solid. Tried a few that were total duds, but now I'm on a roll with some good brands. Just look for ones with minimal additives.
