Does K2 actually matter in a D3 + K2 stack?
I've been digging into vitamin D3 and K2 supplementation, and I'm seeing a lot of mixed info on whether K2 is crucial or just a marketing gimmick. We know D3 helps with calcium absorption, but what role does K2 play in that whole process? Some sources claim it helps direct calcium to the bones rather than soft tissues, which sounds good, but is there solid evidence to back this up?
Also, what's the optimal dosing for this stack? I've seen recommendations all over the place. I'm more inclined to trust science over hype, so if anyone has actual research or solid insights on K2's importance in this context, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
