Has anyone else found ashwagandha really helps with sleep? Is it just me?
I've been on a journey to improve my sleep quality for a while now, and I've tried a bunch of different methods. Recently, I started incorporating ashwagandha into my nightly routine, and I can't help but wonder if it's the real deal or if I'm just imagining the effects!
At first, I was skeptical because, you know, there are so many supplements out there that promise the moon but don't deliver. I started taking ashwagandha about a month ago, specifically the powdered form mixed into my bedtime smoothie. After a week or so, I noticed I was falling asleep faster and felt a bit more rested in the morning. Maybe it's the ashwagandha, or maybe I just got lucky with my sleep hygiene?
I've read mixed reviews online about whether it actually helps with sleep or if it's just a placebo effect. I'm curious about others' experiences with it. Has anyone else noticed a significant improvement in sleep quality from ashwagandha? Or do you think it's all in my head? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
