Has morning sunlight really changed your sleep?
I've been trying to get that morning sunlight in for about 10 minutes when I wake up, thinking it might help my sleep quality. I've read that it can reset your circadian rhythm or whatever, but I'm not convinced. I still feel like a zombie at 3 PM and my lifts are suffering.
If you've done this, did you notice any difference in your sleep or energy levels? Looking for some real talk here, not just the usual fluff.
