Anyone else struggling with sleep tracking as pregnancy progresses?
So I'm a 26M working dad and I thought I had it rough before, but now my wife is pregnant and my sleep is really taking a hit. Each week feels worse than the last! I'm tracking my sleep with an Oura ring, and it's showing I'm getting less deep sleep and more restless nights.
I'm trying to figure out how to cope, and what I can do to improve the situation. Should I adjust my caffeine cut-off? I feel like I'm already at a loss when it comes to getting restful sleep, and I'm not even the one carrying the baby! Any tips from other dads or parents dealing with this? What worked for you as the pregnancy progressed?
And yes, I'm already having the classic dad struggles of trying to balance work, lifting for stress relief, and all the baby prep. Just want to survive this rollercoaster and stay sane. Any advice would be appreciated!
