Red light in the bedroom, real or just Huberman vibes?
I've been hearing a lot about using red light in the bedroom to help with sleep quality. As a dad with two kids who think sleep is optional, I'm wondering if this is actually effective or just another trendy thing. Anyone tried it? Did it help you snooze better or was it just a fancy nightlight? I'm skeptical but open to give it a shot if it means catching more Zs.
