CPAP first week, brutal but worth it?

TL;DR: First week on CPAP was rough but noticing some energy improvements.

So I just finished my first week with a CPAP and man, it's been a ride. I had some serious trouble adjusting, felt like I was wrestling with a pillow all night. But I'm starting to notice some changes in my energy levels during the day. I've read that it can take time to really feel the benefits, but has anyone else had a tough start like this? Does it get easier?

Honestly, I thought I was gonna die that first week! It felt like trying to breathe through a straw, but it gets better. Just be patient and maybe try some different masks

my wife said I looked like an alien with that mask, but I started feeling like superman after a week. you just gotta get used to it!

for real, hydration is key. if you're not drinking enough water, your body can fight against the CPAP adjustment. it helps a lot.

not gonna lie, adjusting to a CPAP is like trying to eat pizza after leg day. tough at first, but once you get it down, it's totally worth it. keep grinding!

bruh, wrestling with a pillow is my cardio. just wait till you get used to it, feels like a heavy bench when you finally sleep right.

100%. It took me about a month to really adjust. Now I'm hitting PRs in the gym, and my sleep quality is on point. Keep pushing through!

u know what? I heard some people just give up too early. it's science that it takes time for your body to adjust to CPAP therapy. stay committed!

I can relate. I was a mess the first week too. Had to adjust my whole routine, but now I'm sleeping like a baby and feel way more energized during the day

Sounds rough, but you gotta think about long-term gains. I didn't notice my energy boost until week three, but after that? Life-changing.
