Cut to maintenance handoff: how's my body handling this?
So, I just wrapped up a 12-week cut and dropped from 180 to 165 lbs, hitting my goal! My lifts were kinda rough towards the end, but I still managed a 10 lb PR on my deadlift (225 lbs). Now I'm moving to maintenance and curious how my body will react. Anyone else experience any crazy changes during this switch? Let's motivate each other as we keep pushing!
