2nd year of lifting and feeling like a beast! Is this normal?
Yo fam, just hit my 2nd year of lifting and honestly, im ahead of my own expectations! Started at 145 lbs, now I'm sitting at a solid 175 lbs and can bench press 225 lbs for 5 reps. 馃槫 I never thought I'd see these gains so fast!
Here's my progress in numbers:
- Start Weight: 145 lbs
- Current Weight: 175 lbs
- Bench PR: 225 lbs for 5 reps (up from 155 lbs)
- Duration: 1 year
