Just dropped 4% body fat in 12 weeks, pics inside! How does this look?

TL;DR: Dropped from 18% to 14% body fat in 12 weeks, with a deadlift PR of 405 lbs.

What's good, crew? After 12 weeks of grinding, I'm down from 18% to 14% body fat. I kept my lifts up too, hit a new PR on deadlifts at 405 lbs (up from 385 lbs) and managed to stay around 195 lbs. These late-night gym sessions fueled by caffeine really paid off! Check out the pics:

  • Before: 18% BF
  • After: 14% BF
  • Weight: 195 lbs
  • Deadlift PR: 405 lbs

I know it's a slow cut, but I'm feeling strong and looking better. Any tips on keeping this momentum going?

This is amazing progress! Dropping 4% body fat in 12 weeks while hitting a deadlift PR is no small feat. Keep crushing it, and remember to celebrate those non-scale victories too! Share more pics, I'm here for it.

100! Meal prep can really help keep you on track while cutting. I typically prep my meals on Sundays and it saves so much time during the week. Give it a shot, it's a game-changer for staying consistent.

Solid cut! Make sure you're tracking macros closely to keep that momentum going. I usually stick to a balanced split of protein, fats, and carbs. Honestly, I use MyFitnessPal for tracking, but you do you!

Facts! Late-night gym sessions fueled by caffeine are the real MVPs. I hit my PRs after 10 PM too! Just make sure you're getting enough sleep, or you might turn into a zombie next time you hit the gym.

You're killing it, but dropping too fast might affect your lifts. Slow and steady wins the race! Try to incorporate some higher-rep hypertrophy work in your routine to maintain muscle while cutting.

Im not saying you shouldn't cut, but just keep an eye on your overall well-being. Mental health matters too! If you're feeling drained or stressed, a deload week or switching up your routine could be beneficial.
