So I just hit my first sub-30 5K after 8 months of running, now what?
Finally broke the 30-minute barrier in my 5K, clocking in at 29:45. I know that's not exactly marathon material, but it felt awesome. Now I'm wondering, do I stick with the running and try to get faster, or should I pivot back to lifting more seriously? Not trying to give up gains here, but also want to keep pushing my limits. Thoughts?
