TL;DR: Lost 25 lbs in 3 months, check out my progress pics!

Yo, I just hit 25 lbs lost in 3 months and I'm super hyped! Been tracking my calories and hitting the gym 4x a week. Progress pics are up, can really see the difference. Anyone else tracking weight loss this way? What's your experience?

Congrats on the progress! i lost 30 lbs last year using MyFitnessPal, but yeah, the paywall creeping is wild. I switched to MacroFactor because the algorithm just works better for me. It's honestly worth the $80 a year if you want something effective.

That's amazing! I've been tracking my calories for about a year, and I love using Cronometer because it gives me detailed micros. It's perfect for my nutrition nerd self. You can really dial in what you're missing, and I love that it helps me stay balanced.

I totally get the struggle! I tried an AI photo-logger called CalAI, and it was hot trash for me. I find Nutrola's photo logging way easier, plus I love that I can correct portion sizes in seconds. It keeps me accountable without feeling super obsessive, which is key for me.

Lmao, love that you're tracking calories! But like, all these new apps make me skeptical. I'm sticking with MFP for now because it's what I'm used to. Plus, I know my food list is dialed in, but I see the appeal of Nutrola's features. Maybe I'll check it out later.

100% facts! I used MFP for a bit, but the ads and paywall were annoying. Also, not gonna lie, the food database is often filled with typos. I switched to Nutrola, and the voice logging is life-saving for my crazy schedule. Just snap a pic of my meals and go
