Lifting, therapy, and tracking: why I think they're all intertwined?
So i've been lifting for about three years now, and over the past two, I've noticed that my progress isn't just about the weights or the protein shakes. I've been doing therapy too, and tracking everything from my lifts to my mood has made a huge difference. I'm not just talking numbers on the bar, but mental clarity during my workouts. I think caffeine might be a sneaky little factor here, like, how much better can you feel with a good cup of coffee before hitting that 1RM? Anyone else feel like their mental health and tracking affect their lifts? Just curious if I'm not alone in this.
