A year of consistency, peep my progress pics!
So, I've been at this fitness thing for a year now, and I finally decided to post my before and after photos. I started at 145 lbs and im down to 125 lbs! Not just weight loss tho, I've made some serious gains too, my squat went from 95 lbs to 135 lbs and I can actually see my abs now! I lowkey can't believe the difference in my physique.
I kept my meals pretty budget-friendly, mostly protein-packed snacks like Greek yogurt and rice cakes with peanut butter, so it wasn't super hard to stick to. Honestly, this year has been wild, and I'm just proud of myself for not giving up. Anyone else feeling the same way? Let's share those wins together! 🤩
