14 weeks out from masters bodybuilding prep, am I on track?

TL;DR: 14 weeks out from bodybuilding prep, seeking advice on nutrition and workouts.

Just dropped some progress pics from the last few weeks, feelin' decent but wanna hear what you all think! My weight is down to 175, and im aiming for a solid cut while maintaining strength. Any tips on dialing in nutrition or workouts as I push through these last weeks? Let's go!

It's great to hear you're feeling decent and making progress! When I was prepping for my first competition, I found that focusing on whole foods really helped keep my energy levels stable. Make sure you're eating plenty of lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbs. Don't shy away from good veggies either, they keep you feeling full and are great for digestion. As for workouts, mixing in some HIIT with your lifting can be a good way to maintain strength while cutting. Good luck, you can do this!

Bro, cardio is life! Gotta keep that heart pumping. For your cut, adding some steady-state cardio on off days might help with fat loss while keeping your strength. i usually recommend keeping it to 30-45 mins. Just make sure you're fueling up right with those carbs afterward. You want to feel fresh for your next workout. You got this!

Yo, looking solid! For nutrition, tracking macros is key, especially in the final weeks. I use MacroFactor for easy tracking. Just make sure you're hitting your protein targets to preserve muscle. Also, switch up your workouts every few weeks to keep your muscles guessing, don't let them adapt! This is when the gains come.

Facts! This is definitely the time to push yourself. If you're feeling fatigued, maybe consider some deload weeks, especially if you're lifting heavy. But if you're feeling good, keep that energy up with some killer cardio sessions. Just don't forget to enjoy the process, bodybuilding can be intense, but it should also be fun! #LiftHeavyLoveLife

I get the struggle of balancing cutting with maintaining strength, especially as a busy mom. I've been there! When I was prepping, I started focusing on nutrient timing around my workouts, and it helped with energy levels. Eating a protein-rich snack before and after training made a big difference for me. Also, don't be afraid to adjust your calories as you go; it's not a one-size-fits-all. You're doing great!
