How do I keep up my gains while balancing life as a mom of three?
I've been following my routine consistently for the last 6 months, and I finally hit a new PR in my deadlift at 225 lbs! My husband is super supportive, but with the kids and everything, I sometimes feel like I'm missing workouts.
