Did switching my cardio time wreck my HR and hunger tracking?
I just switched up my cardio to mornings after night shifts instead of evenings, and now I feel like I'm in a science experiment gone wrong. Tracked my heart rate and hunger levels for 4 weeks, and honestly, my numbers are all over the place. Is this a common struggle? Anyone else notice big shifts in how they feel just by changing the time of day for cardio? I thought I'd be a morning cardio warrior, but right now it feels more like a cardio disaster.
