How do I track my macros when living that smorrebrod life?
So I just started lifting and I'm trying to dial in my nutrition, but these Danish open-faced sandwiches are wrecking my macro game. Like, how the hell do I track a hunk of rye with fish and a dollop of creamy goodness on top? I want to hit my protein and keep my fats in check, but each bite feels like a math problem! Is there a way to get the right breakdown without losing my taste for these glorious smorrebrod? Any tips from my fellow Nordic lifters would be fire!
