Is ashwagandha really a sleep aid or just a placebo?
So I've been hearing a lot about ashwagandha for sleep lately, but what's the real deal? Some studies show it might help with stress and anxiety (like one from the Indian Journal of Psychological Medicine), but the sleep claims seem kinda sketchy. The methodology in a lot of these studies is weak, with small sample sizes and no real control groups. Ngl, I'm just not sold on it being a miracle sleep cure. Anyone got legit proof or are we just vibing on the placebo train?
