I've been working with a variety of clients and I'm starting to notice that the supplement landscape is getting a bit overwhelming for them. I focus on whole foods first, but I'm often asked about which supplements actually matter. For those of you with more experience, what do you prioritize when discussing supplements? I've been thinking about creatine, protein powders, and maybe some adaptogens like ashwagandha. What's your go-to list for essential supplements? Any insights would be awesome.
