Treadmill pace vs outdoor, is there a formula or am I just doomed?
So, I usually hit the treadmill like a hamster on a wheel, but when I step outside, I feel like I'm running through molasses. Anyone got a magic formula to convert my treadmill pace to outdoor speeds? I swear it's like I'm in a different universe when I step out the door. Any tips for not feeling like I'm dragging a boulder behind me when I run outside?
