How many hours per week should I realistically train for an Olympic distance triathlon?
As a busy mom juggling a million things, i'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with the time commitment for Olympic distance tri training. I've heard a range of 8 to 12 hours a week, but that feels like a lot! Between work, kids, and meal prep, is there a way to make this work without burning out? Anyone out there manage this balance?
