how do i not look like a lost puppy on day 1 at the gym?
so, like, I'm about to hit the gym for the first time and i don't wanna walk in looking like i just stepped out of a pizza coma (which, ngl, is my happy place). any tips on how to strut in there like i own the place? maybe some quick workout ideas or how to act chill while i figure it all out? help a girl out!
