Is hitting the gym 3 days a week enough to see gains?

TL;DR: Can I see gains lifting 3 days a week, or do I need to up my gym game?

Alright, so I'm diving into lifting and thinking about a 3-day split. I know folks say consistency is key, but can I actually make progress with just 3 days? My goal is to build some muscle and get stronger, but I don't wanna waste my time if it ain't enough. Any thoughts on this? Should I be aiming for more days, or can I still see results with a solid 3-day routine?

Also, if you've got any beginner program recs, throw 'em my way!

P.S. I'm definitely not skipping leg day, love a good squat session!

Three days a week can definitely work, especially if you focus on compound lifts and progressive overload. I've seen people make solid gains with a 3-day split, especially if they're lifting heavy and eating right. Just make sure to get your nutrition on point, that's a game changer.

Three days is a strong foundation, but the journey is about quality, not quantity. As the greats say, 'It's not the hours you put in, but what you put into those hours.' Focus on form, progressive overload, and a balanced diet. You might surprise yourself with the results, as long as you stay dedicated and mindful of your goals

A 3-day split can work if you focus on your major lifts: squats, deadlifts, and bench press. My son started with three days and gained strength quickly. Just be sure to include some accessory work and don't skip your legs! Remember, recovery is key, too.

Nah, I tried just three days and it didn't cut it for me. If you wanna grow, you gotta push yourself more. Maybe throw in some home workouts on the off days or some cardio. You don't have to hit the gym every day, but keeping active helps!

Pizza and gains go hand in hand! Seriously though, if you're tracking your intake and hitting protein goals, you can make three days work. Just make sure to include some protein pancakes in your diet, they're easy and delicious! That's my go-to post-workout snack.
