Looking for arm growth recipes, any favorites?

I've been lifting for about 4 years and still feel like my arms are lagging behind. I know progress takes time, but I want to make sure I'm fueling my body right! Anyone have plant-based recipes that help with muscle growth? I usually do lentils and quinoa, but I'm curious about more creative options to mix it up. Let's share the gains!

For arm growth, try making a chickpea and spinach stew. Chickpeas are packed with protein, and the spinach adds some nice iron for recovery. Toss in some spices for flavor, and u've got a solid meal! You can pair it with brown rice for extra carbs.

Facts. If you're not getting enough protein, arms will lag. Ever tried a black bean burger? Super easy to make and loaded with protein. Just mash black beans, add oats, and season it up. Grill those bad boys and you'll be crushing it.

If you're serious about muscle growth, track those macros! I started using Cronometer, and it's been a huge help. I hit my protein goals way easier now. Just be consistent with it, and you'll start seeing changes in those arms.

Ngl, bodyweight exercises can really help with arm growth too. Dips and pull-ups are killer for that. You might wanna add those into your routine while you're focusing on your diet

Bro, u don't need a million different recipes. Just stick to what u love! Also, if you're lifting hard, don't overthink the food too much. Pizza night? Just make it a protein pizza, and you'll be golden.

Lmao, why not have a pizza cheat day every now and then? Balance is key! But also, you could whip up some protein pancakes as a post-workout meal. Mix oats, protein powder, and banana. This shit works wonders for recovery!

Look, I know tracking macros sounds tedious, but it really gives you insights. I use MyFitnessPal when I'm in a pinch, and it's user-friendly. But hey, if you can meal prep effectively and don't mind estimating, intuitive eating can work too. Just find what suits your style.
