Cronometer punishes my rest days, anyone else frustrated?
I've been using Cronometer for a while now, and honestly, I'm getting pretty fed up with how it treats my rest days. I get that tracking calories and macros is important, but the app makes me feel guilty for not hitting my targets when I'm just trying to recover! I recently tried Yazio too, but it felt clunky and just didn't vibe with me. Does anyone have tips on how to make Cronometer less punishing, or should I just look for something else? I want an app that respects my rest days and doesn't make me feel like I'm slacking off.
