CalAI 3 weeks in and the numbers are wild, is any AI actually accurate?
So I've been using CalAI for like 3 weeks now, and honestly, the numbers it spits out are crazier than my max bench attempts. I thought I was just vibing with my gains, but now I'm lowkey questioning if I'm even tracking my calories right. I tried Cronometer before, but that app felt more like a math exam than fitness. Anyone else dealing with this AI confusion, or am I just a cardio-hater grasping at straws?
