BPC-157 for tendon recovery, is this just hype?

TL;DR: Anyone tried BPC-157 for tendon recovery? Is it legit or just hype?

So I've been hearing about this BPC-157 stuff for tendon recovery, and I gotta ask, has anyone actually tried it? Is it just another overhyped supplement or does it actually work? My tendons feel like they're auditioning for a role in a horror movie and my budget is tighter than my gym shorts, so I need the lowdown on this. Hit me with the real scoop!

BPC-157 is pretty interesting, I've read a lot about it. There are some studies suggesting it promotes healing, but the evidence isn't super strong yet. Just keep in mind that quality control is a big issue with peptides; you might not get what you think you're buying.

People act like BPC-157 is some magic potion. Like, bro, you still gotta put in the work. A good stretching routine and proper nutrition can do wonders for recovery too, not just this hype stuff.

Honestly, i was super skeptical too. I tried BPC-157 for my shoulder tendonitis and saw a bit of improvement. It's not a miracle cure but I'd say it helped speed up recovery a bit, especially when paired with rest and good nutrition.

As someone who's basically a broken rubber band at this point, I can relate. I've seen some folks rave about BPC-157 online, but honestly, I'm too busy just trying to lift without feeling like my body is falling apart. Maybe I should just give up and become a professional napper instead.

Ngl, I used BPC-157 after some serious tendon issues from running, and I actually felt a difference. Like, it wasn't overnight, but I think it helped my recovery. I still mix in my normal stretching and foam rolling, though, cause balance is key!

This sounds cool and all, but with my budget being tighter than my jeans, I'm not dropping cash on something that might just be overpriced snake oil. I'll stick to my regular supplements and hope for the best.
