Anyone use l-tyrosine on caffeine days?
I've been reading a lot about l-tyrosine and its potential benefits, especially on days when I rely on caffeine. As a nurse, I see how stress can impact performance, and I wonder if l-tyrosine could help with mental clarity and focus during those busy shifts. For those of you who have tried it, do you notice any differences when combining it with caffeine? Is there an ideal timing or dose you recommend?
