Has morning sunlight for 10 minutes changed your sleep quality?
I've been hearing a lot about the benefits of getting some morning sunlight, especially for improving sleep quality. I decided to give it a shot and started stepping outside for about 10 minutes right after I wake up. I've noticed some changes in my overall energy levels during the day, but I'm really curious about how it's impacting my sleep at night.
For those of you who have tried this, did you notice any significant differences in your sleep duration or quality? I'm particularly interested in how it might affect REM and deep sleep cycles. Any insights on whether this change in routine has helped reduce insomnia or improve recovery after workouts would be greatly appreciated. Did it actually make a difference for you? Looking forward to hearing your experiences!
