3rd trimester sleep hacks? Anyone found what works?

I'm in my third trimester and sleep is a struggle, like, how do I get comfy? I've tried everything from pillows to magnesium, but nothing seems to stick. Anyone else dealing with this and found anything that actually helps? I'm all ears for tips on sleep aids or routines that might work!

Not to be rude, but I don't think sleep aids are going to cut it if you're not getting enough activity during the day. Try getting some movement in; it can help you feel more tired at night. Lifting even light weights or doing some bodyweight exercises might help!

This! I found that using a body pillow really helped me feel supported while sleeping on my side. Plus, magnesium before bed can chill your muscles and help you unwind. I also tried keeping the room cool, which made a big difference

Sounds like you're going through it! Have you tried some light exercise during the day? A little walk can tire you out and help with sleep. Also, what's your bedtime routine like? A solid routine can help signal to your body that it's time to wind down.

Yo, sleep in the 3rd trimester is like trying to lift heavy with no spotter, pretty rough! I found that sleeping with a wedge pillow under my belly helped take the pressure off my back. It's like finding a new PR in comfort

Ngl, I feel for u! When I was pregnant, I made smoothies with spinach, banana, and almond milk in the evening. The nutrients helped, but the ritual was soothing too. Also, some prenatal yoga might help relax your mind and body.

Honestly, sleep is a mental game too. Sometimes, you gotta clear your mind and let go of stress. I've read about techniques like meditation or guided breathing to help you drift off. Just don't stress too much about sleep, your body knows what it needs.

I remember when I was in my third trimester, sleep was so elusive. One thing that helped me was creating a bedtime routine. I'd dim the lights, do some light stretching, and sip on chamomile tea. Also, a good pregnancy pillow can really make a difference in finding that comfy position!
