Why does whole-food calorie matching feel impossible?
I've been trying to hit my macros with whole foods, and it's driving me nuts. I mean, measuring out chicken breast and sweet potatoes seems straightforward, but it never feels like I hit the mark, especially with protein targets. It's like I can only get so close with the servings, but there's always a slight deficit or surplus. Anyone else struggle with this? How do you keep everything in line when you're prepping?
