Is Ozempic secretly a muscle thief? Asking for a friend...or me.
So, I've been on Ozempic for like 6 months, and while the scale is down, I think my muscle is, too. I lift (kinda), but now I'm looking at my gains like they're a bad breakup, just...gone. Anyone else feel like they're losing muscle instead of fat on this stuff? What's the best way to bounce back? #helpmeplz
