Anyone else stuck on overnight oats for breakfast? It's been 90 days and I'm still full but bored!
So, I've been eating overnight oats for breakfast for the last 90 days. My macros are stable, satiety is solid, but man, I'm about to lose my mind. I've tried switching up the toppings and flavors, but it's still oats. My kids are always like, "Dad, can we have something different?" I feel like I'm just a walking bowl of oats at this point! Anyone have ideas to shake things up without going full-on breakfast burrito? Help a dad out before I start throwing oats at the wall!
