Blisters on long runs? How do i avoid these pain-in-the-ass things?
So, I've been getting these gnarly blisters on my feet during long runs and it's killing my vibe. I can't afford to drop cash on fancy shoes or blister pads, so I'm trying to figure out some DIY tips or tricks that actually work. Anyone got some solid advice on how to prevent this pain? What socks do you swear by?
