So, I just crushed my first 5k in under 30 minutes (29:45, to be exact)! 馃帀 I've been running for a bit now, and this feels like a legit win. But like, what do I do now? Should I aim for a faster time, or maybe try a 10k? I wanna keep that progress rolling and not just chill on this PR. Any tips on what to focus on next, or how to level up my training?
