Stair Master for Cardio Cutting: Anyone Swear By It?
I've been hitting the gym for two years now, and as a father of two, finding time for cardio can be tough. I usually run or cycle, but lately, I've been curious about the Stair Master for cutting. I've seen mixed opinions online about its effectiveness for fat loss. Some say it's a killer workout, while others think it's just not worth it compared to running or cycling.
I've been incorporating HIIT into my routine, but I feel like I need something different to really challenge myself. With the Stair Master, I hear you can really get into that zone 2 training, but does it translate well for cutting? I want to maximize my results without spending all day in the gym.
So, does anyone have personal experiences with the Stair Master for cardio? Is it worth the time investment? Would love to hear your thoughts!
