Feeling discouraged at the gym seeing bigger lifters, what should I do?
I've been lifting for about 10 years now, but lately, I've been feeling really down when I see all the bigger folks at my gym. It's hard not to compare myself, especially when I see their progress. I love my workouts and meal prep, but this gym intimidation is getting to me. How do I stay motivated and focused on my own journey instead of feeling like I'm not enough?
