How do I know if I'm lifting too heavy as a newbie?
I've been lifting for a bit now, and I'm starting to feel the pressure to push myself with heavier weights. I want to challenge myself, but I also don't want to risk injury. How heavy is too heavy when you're just starting out? I know form is super important, but sometimes it feels like I might be straining a bit too much just to lift that next plate. Any advice on how to gauge what's appropriate without going overboard? I want to build strength safely and effectively!
